Don't be a victim. Ever. Unfortunately, there may be a time when you need to 'speak the language of violence.' Learn the following skills to help prepare yourself:

• A mindset of aggression when facing violence

• Situational awareness at all times, particularly in transitional or unknown/new areas

• Creating a physical and verbal 'fence' to maintain space, practicing this through role play

• Striking: how to effectively create damage to bad people!

Our instructor, Darren Phillips, has years of experience in wrestling at state and national levels, holding numerous state titles. He discovered Krav Maga in his late 40s: better late than never!  He received his Black Belt through Fit to Fight® out of Charlotte, NC. He is passionate about passing on his love for all things Krav! He and wife Rebecca have 6 kids and 2 grandkids, and own and operate CSDKM.
